- Each member is entitled to only one (1) sample order every day.

- Each member is entitled to one (1) bundle of sample for each product.

- Your account must have sufficient points before you can checkout the sample products.

- Kindly clear all pending payments before another checkout.

FAQ ON POOJAS & HOMAMS

 Yes, you can pay the partial amount as token advance to confirm your booking. You can pay the balance amount after the homam with cash directly to our Priests or through Online transfer (Click on “Pay-Balance” button in your My- Account section corresponding to your order number).

 Poojas are typically performed for 1:30+ hours at the same time it also depends on the package selected for the poojas.

 As soon as you book the pooja by paying advance or full amount you will be receiving a To-do List in your email in few hours, which will clearly mention all the required items like deepam, matchbox, pooja bell, Mats ,bowls, trays etc you need to keep ready.

 Our Priests will bring all the samagris like Coconuts, Kalash, Dhoop, samith sticks, Navdhanya, rice, dravyas, ghee, darba, Camphor etc which is used in pooja/homam.

 No, you don’t need to pay any extra amount as dakshina as this will be already included in the package.

 No, you don’t need to pay extra for the travel charges. but if the pooja is very very far and out of our service area limit , then you need to pay the extra charge which you can ask with the support team while booking.

 If you select Hindi then our Hindi speaking vedic pandits from respective districts will be coming. Similarly for other languages also. YOU HAVE TO MENTION CLEARLY ON THE LANGUAGE OR BY DEFAULT TAMIL PROHITS WILL COME TO PERFORM.

 Most of the time our Pandits will be before the given time, but sometimes due to some unavoidable circumstances pandits will be a bit late but they will reach your place so you can be assured they will come. Or otherwise – you can call the emergency numbers of CDP.

 You will receive the Prasad for your pooja within 14 working days after the Pooja has been performed (Subject to the country and the customs department of that particular country) and you will get non-perishable prasad.
